Will my price go up when my plan renews?

Our current Basic price is $8/month or $75/year. We do not promise a permanent price lock: our Terms of Service allow changes to charges. Check the price and billing cycle in your order summary before buying.

What if New Blog Hosting isn't right for me?

Cancel within 60 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Domain registration fees are not refundable. See our Terms of Service.

Is migration really free?

Yes, on every plan. Our team moves your website files, database and email from your current host and checks everything before your domain switches over.

Is email included?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts on your own domain, with no separate email subscription to buy.

Do you back up my site?

Yes. Every plan is backed up daily, and backups are stored off the server. You also get staging through WP Toolkit to test changes safely.

Is support available 24/7?

Yes. Open a ticket from your account or email support@newbloghosting.net any time, and a real person will help. You can also chat with Johnny, our AI assistant, any time for help with plans and WordPress questions. There is no phone support.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

Every plan includes Imunify360 protection, with automatic malware scanning and cleanup to help detect and remove malicious code. If your site is hacked, open a support ticket right away. We'll investigate, tell you what we find and, if needed, restore your site from a clean backup at no extra charge. Keeping WordPress, themes and plugins up to date helps prevent reinfection; an unmaintained site may need updates before it is safe to bring back.

Do you include a CDN?

Yes. We'll switch your site to Cloudflare's CDN for you at no cost, so your pages are served from locations close to your visitors.

What does unlimited or unmetered mean?

You won't be charged for normal website use of storage, bandwidth or email. Fair use terms keep servers fast for everyone, so things like file backups for other computers or bulk mailing aren't covered. If your site outgrows a plan, we'll talk with you first.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up (or down) whenever you need to. Just ask and we'll handle it.
